A customer made me cry today. Before 10:45 am. It wasn’t my favorite way to start the day, but she did call back to apologize and I worked with her for the better part of the afternoon, and when I left work, she and I were even able to laugh (a little bit) about the tears earlier in the day.
In an effort to do a little more smiling and a lot less frowny-face making, I am sharing my favorite video of all time. I love it more than the Chefs, more than Recess, more than the Queen set of ’06. (I lost some of you, but others of you know exactly what I’m talking about there!)
You may very well not be as enchanted by this as I am, but I am utterly smitten.
If you’re able to watch this without a stupid smile on your face, just ’cause you can’t help it, you probably have no heart and you also probably eat puppies for their tender meat.
So I was taking a break from studying and was on your facebook and stumbled to your blog, and decided to read a bit. I am so glad I did…I def. caught the Queen 06 reference and it made my night!
